Success again!

Dave used his new grill for the 2nd time tonight.  This time, he grilled pork chops.  They were so, so, so way yummy!!!

I told him he's hired!  He said, however, he's not going to be the full-time chef of the house, just occasionally.  I tried!  ;o)
